What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?Updated 3 months ago

Lost packages

We understand how important your purchase is to you, and we want to ensure its safe delivery. 

Once your package reaches the Post Office or carrier's dispatch center, it's out of our hands. However, to provide added protection, we recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail at checkout, which includes up to $100 insurance coverage.

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged, we empathize with the frustration and encourage you to file a claim directly with USPS. Please note that we're unable to refund non-Priority Mail lost or damaged items. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


Damaged packages

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the order and include photos of the damaged items or packages.

We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
